Blue Exorcist

Blue Exorcist ( (青の祓魔師) is a shōnen action manga created by Kazue Kato. First published in 2009 in Jump Square , the story follows Rin Okumura, a young boy adopted by a renowned exorcist. Although raised to fight demons, Rin one day discovers that he is the son of Satan himself. As his biological father appears to take him to the demon world, Rin refuses to be defined by his heritage and chooses to continue following the teachings of the exorcists who raised him. Armed with his father's sword, Rin engages in fierce combat alongside the exorcists to protect the human world, while struggling to control the demonic force within him.
